I am the admin.
The disk lock was released the moment the server was rebooted - so I don't understand why it took it 90 seconds to failover to the standby server. |

None of the ciphers need Elliptic Curve public key type, (although RCDHE_RSA_ uses ECDHE secret key establishment).
I validated the certificate types on both sides.
