Just set maxOccurs to 10. Repeat reference is only for the rare cases when you need get the number of occurrences from a previous field in the message.

Hi,

I have character string in the format - '00500'

I have the requirement to format this to '5.00'
i.e last two digits are decimal fields and I have to remove trailing zero's.
