Folks !
Installing the latest patch cluster from sun.com solved the issue (however they brake other things  ).
MQ tools work now as expected.

Just for info, all the FDCs look the same way.
I've compared several files/configuration with the system that is running OK (also Solaris 10). Rechecked /etc/nsswitch.conf, groups membership, etc.
