THANKS GUYS,
HAD TO UNINSTALL.. and do it all over again.it seems there where two instance of mqseries running.someone had not installed it right.everything on track now.

alright i have a win 2000 server running mqseries.the problem is i cant open the mqexplorer or run commands in cmd.i tried to reinstall(modify) with out losing the data.but install wizard threw a erro ...
