But for v5.3, do i need to code for both namespaces to support binding mode? Will binding mode work with just the com.ibm.mq.jar?

You can also disable the " MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2033" trace by excluding the reason code using the method MQException.logExclude() as follows:
