Hi,

I want to know if MQ recycles MSGID's with in a single run and across
multiple runs? By a single run, I mean from QMGR Startup to QMGR shutdown.

I believe your Queue manager is not running. Start it by using
the command:

strmqm /* Starts the default queue manager */

OR

strmqm <qmgr_name> ...

Why are you using MQ/JMS also when WebLogic6.1 itself provides JMS?
