I'm new to MQ. I dont know which info i should be posting for better understanding of the problem by experts.

There is already MQ 6 in my machine. when i try to upgrade to MQ 7 it is not moving fur ...

I'm trying to upgrade from ver.6 to 7 in windows XP. got the below error.

now, 6 is also not working and 7 is not installed. please help.
