No problem on the installation. However, this new CSD05 completely broke my existing/running MQ environment. Had to revert back to CSD04.

I had the same exact problem just recently. The level of the Red Hat operating system (9) is not so much an issue as is the level of the kernel you are using. I installed MQ 5.3 CSD04 on a RH 2.4.20 ...
