Hello

increasing the log file is ok, but IBM suggest having less log files with a bigger size instead of many with a tiny size. this propably will take more performance on mqseries.

Hello,

we have the same error in our environment.
we're making an online Backup and on sometimes mqs and the backup will access q files and or log files at the same time and in some cases mqseries ...

we are looking for a secure method of making qmgr backups..

now we are making online file backup on our qmgr, but there are still open / new transactions while backup is running. so log and q-files ...
