Hey guys, I'm trying to install WMQ 7.0.0.0 client onto a Windows Server 2003 Ent. Edition SP2 box.

The two domains do not mix, conceptually.
The thing you need to know here is that, having opened an object of type MQOT_Q (that is, a queue not a topic), you are not then allowed to put to that ... |
