Solution for windows-XP and Linux
Let WPS_HOME = C:\IBM\WebSphere

Step (1): Go to command prompt
Step (2): cd <WPS_HOME>\wp_profile\bin
Step (3): execute file "osgiCfgInit.bat" a ...
