The interim fix provided(8.0.0.2) for the PMR (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1IC93861) fixed the issues.

IBM was able to provide the interim fix for the PMR and it fixed the external JAR issues.

Just to update. IBM provided the interim fix for 8.0.0.2 for the PMR
