So i need to perform a check on a message to see if a namespace exists or not. So if it doesnt exist, add it, if it does exist do nothing.

So im fairly new to MB and in order to test our flows, we need to create a proxy servlet and run it on a tomcat server.
Can anyone walk me through how to do with MB8?
