This looks like a database error. Have you confirmed that the database is up? What kind of database are you using ? and is your database on the same box as your workflow server?

Had this problem a few weeks ago myself but it was fixed by configuring session management at the WAS level.

Did you copy the channel definition tabel from your WF server to your client?
You will need to do this and specify that during your ocnfiguration. |
