Yes..I am parallely contacting OZ side..
They say that STAR is cluster repository and CLSSDR channel from OZ to STAR is not running..it is in initialization state..they also done re-set, and restart ...

I have two queue managers(STAR and OZ) in the Cluster.
STAR queue manger is the repository.
CLUSSDR channel from STAR to OZ is running.
but CLUSSDR channel from OZ to STAR is not running.
