Now, one of the MQ manager must be converted to the Unicode UTF 8.
Can you elaborate on the reasons? Changing the qmgr ccsid could have wide ranging ramifications.

I solved the problem:
- deinstall MQSeries
- i put the licence file "amqpcert.lic" into the installation folder "../Licens ... |
