Take a look at the WMQ Script Command (MQSC) Reference manual.
Look closely at DEFINE Q, specifically DEFINE QLOCAL( ) with the LIKE parameter.
(Looked like English to me.)

Guys thanks for the help anyhow this is what it is
MQ_Q_MGR_NAME_LENGTH= The length is 48 characters.
This defines the length of the queue manager name field. |

Hey guys one more question ....for applying the fixpak do we use the rpm -uvh or rpm -ivh .....?????
I assume that rpm -Uvh is appropriate since it update the rpm package with the latest once right ... |

ya i'm hoping to do the same soo .. and hope that will work out !
initially I set the LD_ASSUME_KERNEL =2.6.18 ( my kernel is 2.6.1
And then i even tried to unset it but the same result it didn't ... |

exerk ..the mqconfig script showed ok for everything .....right nothing failed
and hoping the fixpak will do the work ......I Wish it will !
