I move the correct xa*.dll file to the SQL Server Express BINN directory along with xa_install.sql.

It's an issue, because "ASPARENT" is not a valid value.

I searched the BMC website and could not find anything regarding this queue.

The message all have RFH2 headers and they are Pub/Sub messages. The messages make reference to Statics.
