	My header is correct . With single quotes. I mispelles here ... W3C says <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?> ... correct now is valid xml ....

	The header in the xml message is <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8> An XMLTansformation gives a StringIndexOutOfBoundsException If I replace the single quotes with double quotes it work ...
