Yes Newly added tag will always be present .
There are two TAGS which are renamed in NEW tag
for ex - <abcd> will be named as <Varabcd> |

I need to do it in a standard way only however since I know WMB (somewhat) better and find it more easy than Java so I thought of this approach.

I tried different things ..
MQGMO_CONVERT and also setting up the conversion file on AIX box .
Still .. its not working .. file is getting downloaded and not readable ..

Mainframe is our client server and they are not ready to change on their side for CONVERT(YES)
