As my mqm user the command was:

$ /opt/mqm/samp/bin/amqsmon -m <MY.QUEUE.MGR> -t statistics -q <MY.RECEIVER.QUEUE>

The env variable values are:
MQSERVER="<MY.CHANNEL.NAME> ...
