In time of high workload execution server instances restarts every 1-3 minutes. This slows down the system. No errors in logs, only instance stop/start.

We have the same error.
Cleanup server runs automaticaly 00:00 - 06:00 but all this time every second DB2 throws errors about deadlock escalation. No other errors in any logs. Cleanup server stops no ... |

Confirm that your jar file is accurately built and contains what you think it contains.

It is difficult to believe that you tested this scenario with each CSD yes Mostly checks was made on CSD5. On CSD3-4 there is not errors so there's nothing to check.
