I will try to answer all in one reply.

Version is 5.3 (fat finger earlier)
service pack is 7

all QM are on different listener ports

Lock-up.... still have mouse movement, cpu is low % ...

mq version 5.6
csd level 7

I am not sure what an FDC is.

nothing in the event veiwer.

no extra monitoring software. we have 3 QM's and their associated channels.
