Please check your Configuration file whether the Business Object Name is mentioned in the "Supported Business Object" tab or not. The corresponding xsd's should be present in the repository ...

It seems the XMLNameSpaceFormat under Standard properties of the configuration file is set to 'short'. If it is 'short' then change it to 'long' and restart the mySAP.com adapter.
