Hi everyone,

I have configured the web user interface in SSL with ldaps authentication on App connect enterprise and I had the bellow error when I try to connect with the user.

There was an error when attempting to authenticate user 'aceAdmin' with the LDAP server 'ldaps://XXXXXXXXX?CN'. The associated error was '{"lde_message":"000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C090A71, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v3839\u0000","lde_dn":null}'

Is the error on the ACE or LDAP side?

Is there a configuration missing on my side?

simply put, your ldap server doesn't support anonymous access, you need to provide ldapBindDn & ldapBindPassword as credential.
