Hi

Environment is ACE 12.0.7

I'm trying to set up a flow that uses a FileInput node to read a file from a remote SFTP server.

It looks like my credentials in the FTP Server policy and mqsisetdbarms are correct (connection is established).

In the policy, I have coded the following for the Remote FTP server directory parameter:

/Home/dhtxxxx/BulkActivation/Outbound

For the Input directory on the Basic tab:

/Home/dhtxxxx/BulkActivation/Outbound

When I run the flow, I get:

Quote:

2024-03-08 10:09:10.462467 25356 UserTrace BIP3333E: The File node 'File Input' in message flow 'GetDiscovery' cannot resolve the relative file path '/Home/dhtxxx/BulkActivation/Outbound'.

Surely that's not a relative path?

I can use an FTP client to display the directory structure on the SFTP server:

It shows: /Home/dhtxxx/BulkActivation/Inbound

What am I missing in terms of matching the Input directory to the directory structure on the SFTP server?

Hi,

If the directory is not an issue and looks good from that perspective....Can you validate if the traffic is enabled over port 22 for SFTP from the source to destination ?

Your error shows a problem with the OUTBOUND path:
/Home/dhtxxxx/BulkActivation/Outbound

In your description you're talking about the INBOUND path being accessible: /Home/dhtxxx/BulkActivation/Inbound
