We have an Integration Server (ACE 11.0.0.6) that has had something deleted/deployed to it which now simply won't restart.
Without deleting the Integration Server and starting again, is there any way to delete the resources manually when it is unable to re-start?
- what error does it report to the syslog during the restart attempts?
- 'something deleted/deployed'...what exactly got deleted/deployed? is it the usual flows/message models or something else?
However the integrationServerUUID of 'zeroes' looks strange.
I'm not sure exactly what was deleted as I didn't do it but I believe the 'DefaultApplication' and then a modified (existing) message flow was then tried to be deployed to it. That failed. Now the IS won't restart. Which was why I was hoping there was some way of 'clearing the IS whilst it was in a stopped state.
hi...is the process id (eg:- 25962) not showing as running, also is the Integration server showing as stopped via GUI/toolkit? may be the Integration server got corrupted somehow...have you tried deleting/recreating it?
Yes, the Integration Server was shown as 'stopped' in the toolkit and it couldn't be restarted. I was hoping to find a solution whereby I didn't need to delete/recreate it but that was the option that was taken in then end.
I also logged a support ticket with IBM and they have come back with a couple of different options. Will test those today and have them up my sleeve if something like this happens again.
