I'm trying to learn about parsing SWIFT messages and found a sample on official website and when i click import sample nothing happens. After some searching found that its importable via information center. Where is this information center in IIB 10.0.0.6. version? Or is there any other way to import those samples into IIB Toolkit?

If you want to do serious work with SWIFT messages in IIB, you must choose between doing almost all of the modelling yourself, or buying the IAMB support pack.
In the past, IBM did publish one example DFDL schema for SWIFT MT101 (as a starter). However, it looks as if that has been removed, and the SWIFT page in the IBM GitHub project now points to the SWIFT support pack.

I think you mean 'parsing/writing SWIFT messages in Java'.
