Greetings. Upon updating root and issuing certificate, a client is experiencing ssl hand-shake failure. But I couldn't find related log entry in the user.log.

Where is the log for ssl connection failure located on IIB v10?

Not sure what 'user.log' is. That must be something specific to your site.

This tells you how to enable JSSE logging in the JVM: https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21300238

Remember to
a) set the environment variable for the IIB service user
b) restart the Integration Node after changing the settings.
