Hi,

We've been using JMSAdmin tool in MQ 6.0 to set up queue context factories (QCF) with

Code:
INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=com.ibm.mq.jms.context.WMQInitialContextFactory

setting in the config. The Java class named above was packaged in /usr/mqm/java/lib/mqcontext.jar file which id part of the mqm.java package in version 6. Now we are trying to set up the same environement in a new MQ installation environement which runs version 9.1

The problem is that the named Java class can not be found in the new version, neither the named jar file.

Can you please help me to find out what Java class should be used as INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY?

Thanks a lot,

Don't know if you realized it but the mqcontext.jar was only fit for purposes of IBM demos. Best Practice tells you to use the File context that is still distributed with MQ. (See fscontext.jar)
