Anyone else run into an annoying problem where the toolkit essentially corrupts the restapi.descriptor file removing any references to the subflows? This happens when you import the project into the toolkit and it starts to build it. Even though the descriptor file has the references before the import, the build process removes them. This has happened several times and it seems to be toolkit related.

I had a similar issue, which was caused when I had a SOAP Request node with promoted properties in one of the subflows.
