So this is my scenario.

MQ to be ran on AWS within Kubernetes containers.

Deployed to one Region with numerous Availability Zones

Region currently does not have EFS and not allowed to use glusterfs etc.

How to achieve resilience? with not having any EFS.

I can only think of possibly using MQ on VM's rather than in containers and utilising data replication.

All the links I see on DevWorks use EFS or similar for MQ within Kubernetes containers, or data replication with VM's.

Just interested in hearing from the real world, and by the way I am no AWS / Cloud expert wouldnt even say I am a cloud novice!

If you have time, then come to MQ Technical Conference, as of right now, we have 8 technical sessions on MQ in the Cloud.

I have time but I dont have money to fly to America nor a company who will pay for it (mainly because after 20 years of doing MQ Support I am currently off mq projects but wanting to advance my own knowledge and give some advice to a contact who's project I am not part off!)
