we are migrating from IIB9 to IIB10 fixpack 12.

we have 2 envronments -- Soalris Sparc 10 and RHEL 7.4

we are having issue where on RHEL 7.4 servers when we migrate from IIB9 to IIB10 we can only have 19 execution groups running and when we try to create 20th EG we are seeing below memory issues.

ImbAbend::shellCmd unable to execute command popen 12
BIP1124I: Creating integration server 'TEST12' on integration node 'DV8LM4143_BRK'...
BIP1047E: The operation timed out waiting for a response.

The utility did not receive an expected response from the integration node within a designated amount of time. The operation might have completed successfully, even though the response was not received.

Ensure that the integration node is running and that the correct connection parameters have been supplied to the utility. Use the -w flag to increase the amount of time to wait for responses.

after this none of the MQSI commands are working and we get below errors trying to execute any of the MQSI commands

[mqadmin@v144143d]/home/mqadmin>mqsilist
