Hi All , i have one application in SVN which contains duplicate .XSD files i deleted one of them and the project got successfully build and deployed in IIB . But after checking-n the updated code in SVN , the build team again got the same issue of duplicate .xsd , even after checking -out again , my application gave the same error .

Please suggest how to check-in after removing the duplicate .xsd.

There shouldn't be any duplicate *.xsd files in your IIB Application or its referenced libraries. Otherwise while building, you'll get duplicate schema definition or file related error.
If you have deleted the duplicate *.xsd files and committed the code into Subversion, you should be good as your application/code version at Subversion doesn't contain duplicate schema files.

Now when you checkout the code from Subversion and import the Application into IIB Toolkit workspace, IBM by default cleans up or builds the workspace after Application import. As part of the workspace build, IBM created default schema files with .xsd extension. You have to manually delete them before building the BAR file via Toolkit otherwise your build will fail.

If you use, mqsicreatbar command, it should work with no issues, but make sure there aren't any duplicate schema files in your Subversion code.
