Receiver channels are passive, they're started by an incoming SDR channel request...

What do you mean by 'delay' ? Are these excerpts from two different error logs? Are you pointing out the time difference? Are the clocks synchronized? How long does it actually take from when the Sender channels says Running to when the Receiver channel says Running ?

Remember the more information you give people here on this forum the best chance they have of helping you (and, to be honest, the more likely that they will)

Cheers,

Paul.

A channel stays in the STARTING state when no active slot is available. If an active slot is immediately available, it remains in this state for a short time.

Display the qm.ini file for this qmgr. Look at the Channels stanzas. What are the values of Channels: MaxChannels= and Max ActiveChannels= ? Post the results here.

For example:
Quote:
Channels: 2
MaxChannels=200
MaxActiveChannels=100
