We are frequently getting the error ,

"IIB Datacapture store could not be accessed " whenever the user tries to login to IIB UI and tried to replay the record , we are getting this error

Has anyone done finetuning the sql query which automatically loads the data when ever logged into the UI ?

Is there any way to prevent the issue , we are frequently deleting/purging the data which are all 10 days old , but we are still getting the issue ?

Has anyone fixed it ?
