I have a flow which reads a file using FileRead node. The file gets added and then the message is sent to the flow which reads the file. But for some reason the messages are failing and going to no file match output. I did an istat on the file and the time when file was last accessed was after it was last modified, which means that when the file was read it should have been there already. We are on wmb 7. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Reading files is a simple real world demonstration of the Halting Problem.

You should not let the sending application use a file.

Also, clearly, the file is being read before it is ready.

As above, a file matching your selection criteria which is writeable by the IIB application user was not available at the point the File Read node was invoked.
