Look into the client auto-reconnection feature and how to use it.

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.

Hi

I have incorporated the reconnection in my JMS application as mentioned in this example

i.e. make use of the setupResources() method.

Now i am getting the duplicate messages the No. of messages combined from both the cluster queues now greater than 20000.

I found this post very much similar to my problem

Duplicate messages? Exactly the same? Same MagId? Same app data?

How many replicated? Every message replicated once? Twice? One message replicated many times?

Use a transacted session and control the commit yourself.
