hi ,

I am facing issue with deployment from toolkit WMBv7 fp7 .
I could see that in the progress bar ServerRefreshJob(waiting) and deployment is holding for long time .

Note:Same bar file we tried to deploy in another machine its works fine .

any idea on this server refreshjob ?
