I have installed below softwares in my windows machine. All these softwares are installed by mqsi launch pad.

WMQ 7.5.0.3.
IIB 9.0.0.2 (32 bit)
IIB toolkit 9.0.0.6
IBM Installation manager

All these softwares are provided by client.

When i try to download FP IIB 9.0.0.6 from IBM site, it is throwing error saying my login id does not have software support contract. But i remember that i have downloaded fix pack from my login id for the WMB v7 without any hurdle.

Is software support contract is required for IIB 9 ?

or As like upgrading toolkit using IBM installation manager, is there an any way to upgrade IIB runtime using installation manager without downloading FP from IBM site ?

PS: I have followed the steps given in IBM knowledge center to "Downloading a fixpack".

IBM changed it's website policies, where you have to sign in with your IBM ID to access anything.

But if it's complaining that you don't have a support contract for IIB, then you're trying to find it in the wrong place... or at least, very likely trying to find it in the wrong place.

FPs are found in FixCentral, and shouldn't require any contract to access. If you're trying to get IIB 9.0.06 from Passport advantage, then you would need a contract.

It shouldn't matter, but try going to https://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral

No matter what, if you are trying to find the FP to take 9.0.0.x to 9.0.0.6, you should be able to get it without a contract..

Unless IBM has changed that, too...

You should be able to get the customer to download it, though.
