I'm in total agreement with Vitor on most of what he says.
We do differ on the one barfile per envorinment. I prefer one bar file for all environments and we don't use barfile overrides.
As you can see, the way you setup your environments differs between companies.
My environments are pretty simple when compared to the one Vitor describes.

I reiterate, for the record, that I don't consider this a bad solution just a different one. I support and endorse the right of my worthy associate to use this solution as the one he has determined is best for his set of circumstances.
