1.My application uses MQ Classes for Java.I want applications that send messages to my queue (which run on MQ server) to be able to log in to my system. What I understand is login and authentication is not handled by MQ. I have to code it using exits . My question is "Dose MQ provides some help to maintain sessions ?" Or I need to ask my customer to send me the userid along with the message every time and check if he is logged on to the system.

2. I was trying to use DCE 3.1 for solaris but when I was browsing the documentation I came across the note - "If you install the DCE option, Java Bindings are not supported. " Any one has any idea how DCE is related to my application if it is just going to do authentication using exits(I had an idea that exits work totaly independent of your MQ application in JAVA) What exactly dose IBM wants to say ?
