I have a customer/client that pulls messages off a queue I administer. Currently they have MQ client and some piece of old code to do this and is no longer supported. The contact I have there has asked me if I know of any off the shelf software I am aware that could replace this. The messages are .xmls and I know he inserts them into an Oracle DB. Anyone know of anything like this?

Those are usually customer programs.

Oracle might have some kind of Messaging Adapter/utility thing.

It would use JMS instead of straight MQ.

And IIB can do this as well.

Thanks guys.. They don't have IIB

I did find a product called Oracle Database Gateway for WebSphere MQ which sounds like what they're looking for.
