From the coordinator queue manager name, right-click and select New transfer.

All of this will be found in the official IBM MQ FTE documentation, which can be found by searching Google.

I forgot a step :
Quote:
Run the fteCreateAgent twice to create two agents (again specifying the appropriate options) and run the MQSC file for each agent against your queue manager.

How to run the MQSC file for each agent against your queue manager ?

Thanks,

Running an MQSC file is well documented. I'd suggest searching google.

-bash-4.1$ runmqsc ACPDC1 < /var/mqm/mqft/config/ACPDC1/agents/AGENT2/AGENT2_create.mqsc

Please download and read Getting Started with WebSphere MQ File Transfer http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redbooks/pdfs/sg247760.pdf

Included is how to use FTE with the MQExplorer.
