It was previosuly scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2015 . . . .

Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error.

The 8(uk) pint min-keg of Adnams Broadside I drank over Christmas was very enjoyable. Live beer on tap at home! What could be better eh?

Their Gunhill is nice too but if you want something with a real kick try their Tally-Ho
