Hi am new to TCPIP nodes , My requirement is to establish a connection to a TCPIP server & recieve the different type of messages & need to write 10 messages into a file within a specified time interval.
If i do not get any messages within the specified time interval , then i need to do a re-connection to the server.
so how do i close the connection & restablish the connection after the specified time interval ??
Currently , am using TCPIPClientINPUT node to make a connection to server since there is no requirement for the flow to send any request message .
Kindly help me understand how exactly i need to implement this ? what is the open & close terminals of TCPClientINPutNode roles are ?
can i achieve this using TCPClientInput node ? please guide me if am completely on wrong path
