Using the tools and functions available in SCOM to interact with the data and interfaces available from MQ for monitoring.

If I had a question like this, I wouldn't bother asking anyone else.

I would read the documentation that was relevant.

That way I wasn't wasting my time or anyone elses.

I think it does if you have an adequate management pack. You can create that by yourself or you can acquire it from someone else, whichever is easier for you. I don't know if there are MPs for MQ written by IBM, but you can check that in online SCOM MP catalogs.
