Our client requires some info about Cloud services for migrating IBM stack application to another Cloud.
He is looking at the ability to move DEV and PROD WMB servers from Amazon to IBM Softlayer or any other suitable cloud service provider with 1 Core, 16 GB and Suse Linux OS.
The reason is that it seems that we can spin up servers in IBM with 1-core and 16 GB memory - which better fits client’s needs.

1. What server options should I request? What flavor of OS is best? etc
2. Is a service such as Racemi useful to use for cloud server migration in this scenario?
