Hi Team

I want to connect to a MQ QMGR from a client mechine and PUT and GET some messages.

Please help me to provide/suggest me a sample API program and how to use it, for below activities..

-Put messages on QL.TEST queue on QMGR.TEST queue manager.
-Get messages from QL.TEST queue on QMGR.TEST queue manager.

I am able to put the messages using amqsputc, and I am able to get the same messages using the triggering process through amqsgetc. But I want to do this through a standard process.

Please help me.

What is the reason for asking?

To learn how to code MQI programs?

To code something more complex than the samples (which come with source)?

If you want a utility to put/get from the command line - try support pac MA01.

Zpat.. Thanks a lot.. That is what I am looking for, a program to GET a message with the header. I can achieve this with the Q tool.
