cluster resolution error

Hi all ,

We have setup new linux 7.5 clusters environment for DIT.
In clusters we are able to put and get the messages from one qmgr to another succesfylly at the time of creation.
EX: Putting a message in QM1 alias queue and consuming the message from QM2 alias queue , Baseq cluster local queue.

The same was not able to perform afterwards , throwing 2189 culster resolution error.

Please can some one help me to understand how to troubleshoot here.

Are the channels running?

Have any post-creation changes been made?

What do the FRs say about cluster membership?
